The document provides an overview of NMC/MBHC policies and commitments; social and economic impacts and possible measures to enhance positive impacts and mitigate negative impacts.

It also provides a summary of the key environmental and social issues; an Ajib- Hatta, Lasail Copper project description; environmental and social management systems; community relationships; closure & rehabilitation.

The document describes how the project will operate in compliance with best practice and international Performance Standards.
